SHIPPING POLICY

Locally Manufactured Hot Sauce
Our hot sauce is proudly manufactured and shipped locally from Colorado. However, for other merchandise (such as apparel and accessories), we partner with warehouses across different locations, which means these items may be shipped separately from your hot sauce order. Delivery times for each product will vary depending on the item purchased.

Order Production & Shipping Times

        •       Hot Sauce: Ships from Colorado.
        •       Merchandise: May ship from different locations based on the item, such as China, the U.S., or Australia.
        •       Production Time: Please allow 3-7 days for order production (depending on order quantity).
        •       Delivery Times: Hot Sauce and Spice (5 Days excluding Sundays)
        •       All other Items: Standard shipping: 7-20 days (after production).
        •       Expedited shipping (if available): 3-5 days (after production).
        •       Detailed tracking is provided through these services:
        •       4PX Tracking for standard shipping.
        •       DHL Express for expedited orders.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

        •       If you need to cancel or modify your order, contact our customer service team at bwmilton@renegadedynasty.com with “Cancel Order” in the subject line. Be sure to include your order number and Name.
        •       Cancellations and modifications are allowed within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
        •       If you request to cancel a processed order, a fee of 30%-50% may apply to cover manufacturing costs.

Address Changes

        •       If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us before your order has been shipped. We’ll update it accordingly.

Order Tracking

        •       Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be provided. Use the links below to track your order:
        •       Track via 4PX for standard orders.
        •       Track via DHL for expedited orders.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We strive to deliver your products safely and accurately, but issues can occasionally occur (e.g., damaged items, incorrect products, lost shipments). Here’s how we handle them:

        •       Damaged or Defective Products:
Please send pictures or videos of the issue, along with a description, and let us know if you’d prefer a reshipment, refund, or store credit. Contact us at bwmilton@renegadedynasty.com for assistance. Once verified, we’ll arrange a reshipment or refund within 24 hours.
        •       If the issue cannot be resolved through photos or videos, we may request the product be returned for further inspection.
        •       Return Claims:
Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the product. For exchanges, customers will need to cover the return shipping costs. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products delivered over 1 month ago.

Please note: Around 3%-5% of packages may experience issues during shipment (e.g., damage, incorrect items, lost in transit). We are committed to resolving these as quickly as possible to ensure your satisfaction.

Digital Purchase Terms & Conditions

By purchasing Fusion Clash – Premium Game Access, you agree to the following terms:

1. Digital Product Acknowledgment

Fusion Clash access is delivered as a digital product.
All access is provided instantly through automated email after purchase, including:

  • Private game link

  • Installation instructions

  • Access password (if applicable)

2. No Refunds

Because this product provides immediate digital access, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

There are no refunds, no cancellations, and no exchanges once the order is completed.

Please ensure you enter the correct email address during checkout.

3. License & Usage

Your purchase includes one (1) personal-use license to access Fusion Clash.

You may not:

  • Share your private access link

  • Share your password

  • Resell or redistribute access

  • Post your link publicly

  • Allow multiple users under one purchase

Violation may result in revoked access without refund.

4. Device Compatibility

Fusion Clash is delivered as a Progressive Web App (PWA).

It is compatible with:

  • Modern iPhones (Safari required)

  • Modern Android devices (Chrome required)

  • Most recent mobile browsers

It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm their device supports PWA installation.

5. Support

If you do not receive your access email within 10 minutes:

We will resend your access details after verifying the purchase.

Support does not include gameplay customization or device troubleshooting outside the installation process.

6. Updates

Fusion Clash may receive updates or improvements over time.
Updates are delivered automatically when users reopen the game.

We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue features at any time.

7. Fraud Prevention

Suspicious activity (chargebacks, link sharing, unauthorized distribution) may result in:

  • Immediate access removal

  • Blocked future purchases

  • Reporting abuse to the appropriate platforms

All violations are taken seriously to protect digital content.
