Our hot sauce is manufactured locally in Colorado and shipped directly from there. Other merchandise, like apparel and accessories, may be shipped from our partnered warehouses in China, the U.S., or Australia.

Not necessarily. Our merchandise ships from different warehouses, so your hot sauce might arrive separately from other items in your order.

Production typically takes 2-7 days, depending on the quantity of your order.

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method and item. Standard Shipping: 5-20 days (after production). Expedited Shipping (if available): 3-5 days (after production). Tracking info will be provided for all shipments.

To cancel or modify your order, email us at bwmilton@renegadedynasty.com with “Cancel Order” in the subject line. Include your order number. You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has been processed, cancellations may not be possible, and a fee of 30%-50% may apply to cover production costs.

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet. Contact us immediately if you need to change the shipping address.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll provide tracking information. You can track your order through the "Shipping and Returns" Page.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please send us photos or videos of the issue, along with a description, and let us know if you prefer a reshipment, refund, or store credit. Contact us at bwmilton@renegadedynasty.com and we’ll resolve it within 24 hours of verifying the issue.

If you receive a misprinted, damaged, or defective item, submit your claim within 30 days of receiving it. Once approved, we can offer a refund, reshipment, or store credit. Note: Returns or exchanges after 30 days won't be accepted.
